Gymnastics Classes Flexible, Developmental Pathways for Every Athlete
Our program is intentionally designed as a complete journey—guiding each athlete from their very first movement experiences through pre-team and into our competitive program. Every stage builds on the last, creating confident, capable athletes step by step.
While many athletes progress into our pre-team programs—OGC Spark, Flame, and Blaze—and ultimately Ignite, our competitive team, that is not the only path.
We proudly offer high-level recreational classes for athletes who want to continue advancing their skills, strength, and confidence without committing to a competitive team. This allows each gymnast to pursue their goals in a way that fits their interests, schedule, and level of commitment—while still receiving the same quality coaching and attention.
Preschool Gymnastics Classes
As independence grows, athletes begin structured class participation while continuing to learn through play. Basic gymnastics shapes, listening skills, and coordination are introduced, helping children gain confidence, focus, and comfort in a class setting. Classes for boys and girls 3-4 years.
Please note that some preschool-aged children may want to leave class and check in with their guardians. All parents and caregivers must remain in the downstairs lobby if your child needs you.

Super Star Classes
At this stage, athletes transition into more structured skill development. Strength, flexibility, and foundational gymnastics skills become a greater focus, while still maintaining an encouraging and engaging environment. Super Stars builds the bridge between early movement and formal gymnastics training. Classes are for ages 5-6 years.
Gymnastics 1, 2 & 3
Our progressive level system allows athletes to advance at their own pace while mastering fundamental gymnastics skills. With an emphasis on proper technique, strength, and consistency, these classes develop discipline, work ethic, and readiness for more advanced training. Classes are for ages 7 years and up.

Homeschool Classes
We do not offer trial classes. Enrolling in any class or waitlist is a $50 registration fee ($60 max per family). The monthly tuition considers closings and is drafted on the first of every month. If you enroll mid-month, your first tuition payment with be prorated. Once online registration is complete, your child's first class is the next class day/time you enrolled into.
Classes are held once a week, though, in some months, you may have three or five classes in a month. Depending on availability, you may change the day/time of your child's class by contacting the office.
Our program is year-round and continuous with ongoing enrollment unless you inform us via email by the 15th of the month that you would like to cancel your child’s enrollment. To get more information, please email us.
