Tumbling is a form of gymnastics which is performed on the floor, may use mats/incline mats, rod floor and pit; you may also hear it referred to as floor gymnastics. Like other forms of gymnastics, tumbling requires physical strength, flexibility, and stamina.

If you feel your child may want or need extra help in achieving a specific skill or a variety of skills, private lessons are available.
