Tumbling is a form of gymnastics which is performed without the assistance of props; you may also hear it referred to as floor gymnastics. Like other forms of gymnastics, tumbling requires physical strength, flexibility, and stamina. Our cheer classes are designed to teach the skills needed to advance in the sport of cheerleading. Your child will learn to memorize cheers and master the art of performing them. They will learn arm motion techniques, proper posture, jumps, kicks, and tumbling using our state of the art equipment.

Ninja World

Oconee Gymnastics Center's “Ninja World” is designed to prepare your child for sports activities by developing strength, power, flexibility, coordination and speed, along with all other fundamentals of movement (i.e. running, jumping, climbing, balance, agility). Our Ninja and  Freestyle Gymnastics/FreeG classes are designed to allow everyone a chance to learn how to be a master of their own bodies, how to break down obstacles in your way, and how to overcome them. Through the study of movement and learning body control students will become better all-around athletes and learn life-long lessons in teamwork, sportsmanship, self-confidence, and a greater sense of community. Activities include, but are not limited to tumbling, trampoline, obstacles, stunts, flips, tricks, strength & conditioning. This is a must for kids interested in excelling in all sports!  View Schedule below for class days and times.
